Dear Scenic America supporter, It has been an exciting week at Scenic America. I am thrilled to report that the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act was signed into law yesterday with provisions included for two of our key policy priorities: utility undergrounding and flexible program funding for gateway communities. Last Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the City of Austin v. Reagan case. Click the links below for detailed updates on both important topics.
