Despite mounting evidence that the Sidewalk Transit and Amenities Program (STAP) contract with Tranzito-Vector is a bad deal for Los Angeles, City Council will vote on the final contract this Tuesday.
IF WE DON'T TAKE ACTION, THE PLAN WILL MOVE FORWARD. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
We need new transit shelters, but we deserve better than this. We need to put a stop to it before it's too late.
TAKE ACTION NOW.
We need your help to urge city officials to halt the approval of this contract. It fails to meet the needs of transit riders, it's fundamentally flawed, and it puts our safety in jeopardy.
Simply use this form to send a message to City Council and the Mayor demanding that they stop the STAP contract to address our concerns.
And spread the word! Let's flood their inboxes with messages telling them that we don't want more ads in our neighborhoods.
