It has been an eventful month at Scenic America, with developments on billboard issues from coast to coast, byways funding still on the horizon, and other important work moving forward. Read on for the latest news and use our link to contact your representative to make sure that funding for scenic byways remains in the FY 2022 Appropriations Bill. Billboard News: Court Cases and Legislative Developments

Court cases and legislative actions regarding billboards are making headlines throughout the country with both positive and negative outcomes. Learn about developments in San Jose, Houston, Tennessee, Indianapolis, and Ohio. 

 
 

Scenic America Welcomes New Board Members

Scenic America welcomed three new members to its board of directors: Brent Chamberlain of Logan, UT; Marge Davis of Mt. Juliet, TN; and John Hock of Ballwin, MO.

 

Speak Out Now to Keep Byways Funding in the FY 2022 Appropriations Bill

Negotiations are continuing on the FY 2022 Appropriations Bill. Funding for scenic byways is still in play, but we need your help to keep it in the bill text. Contact your representative now to urge them to take action.
