Sign On to "Dear Colleague" Letter Urging Byways Funding in the FY 2023 Appropriations Bill
Congress has already started to work on the FY 2023 Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (THUD) Appropriations Bill, which has the opportunity to include funding for the National Scenic Byways Program.
Congressman David Cicilline (D-RI) is now circulating a "Dear Colleague" letter urging THUD Committee Chair David Price (R-NC) and Mario Diaz-Balart (D-FL) to include $58 million to fund the byways program in this legislation.
If Congress fails to include byways funding in this bill, there may be no funding for byways in FY 23.
