Last month brought exciting news as the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the City of Austin over Reagan National Advertising in a high-profile First Amendment case. Congratulations to Scenic Texas and all of our partners involved in this big win. Now, as we work now to urge Congress to fund scenic byways in the FY 23 Appropriations Bill, we need your help. Supreme Court Sides with Austin in Billboard Case

On April 21, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of the City of Austin over Reagan National Advertising, thus preserving the legacy of the Highway Beautification Act. 

 

Scenic America Wins Communications Award

Scenic America was awarded a 2022 Gold Circle Award for excellence in marketing and communications by the American Society of Association Executives for its efforts in promoting the National Scenic Byways Program.
